The growing digital banking sector in Latin America is approaching the level registered in the US and Europe, despite facing the low rate of banking penetration of the population, which prevents their penetration is faster, according to a study by Technisys consultancy and Stanford University. “Related to the evolution of the digital bank in Latin America compared to developed markets, such as Europe and the US, the region may reach the same level in one or two years,” told to EFE German Pugliese, co- founder of Technisys, based in Miami, Florida.
